Private Fee Guide

If you would like to register at the practice you can pay for each visit or join our practice membership plan which has three options. Please also enquire about our childrens membership options:

Insurance is included with all our dental membership plans, providing cover for Worldwide Dental Trauma and Emergency Callout to give patients peace of mind. We are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the conduct of insurance mediation activities.
*A one off administration charge of £9.50 applies.

Important - If you choose to attend for your examination and hygiene visit before having accrued 6 months of payments into your plan your first exam and hygiene visit will be chargable at the pay as you go rates below.

Emergency

If you have not been seen at the practice before but have an urgent problem, such as toothache we can usually resolve the pain for an emergency fee of £100. This will include an initial assessment including X-rays if required, a diagnosis of the cause and basic treatment to relieve symptoms. You can then register at the practice if you wish. Prices correct as of 1st January 2026.

Payment policy.

From April 1st 2026, we will be implementing a payment policy.

This policy requires that a deposit of 50% of each treatment must be paid to book any appointment for private treatments. The maximum deposit limit will be £120.

These appointments are for treatment provided by Ben Coleyshaw, Emily Wright and Helen Westley.

We are also implementing charging for any appointments not attended or cancelled with short notice, at a rate of £1.00 per minute for the appointment time allocated. This charge will be deducted from the deposit paid and is non refundable.
